12. Amber Memories
The two who looked at and touched each other
Kissed their tragic scars
Each time the silver fish is trapped, the water’s surface sways
Will this scenery ever
Turn into amber?
Riding on the certain memories
That will never fade
Because if I assemble these emotions
And lock them up in amber
I will be able to walk to tomorrow
With a transparent heart
Even within sadness, your existence
Is so dazzling it’s bewildering
The silver tune, the bell that pinches time resounds
Changing both intensity and warmth
into the shape of amber
Stop everything from that day
shining but silently
Because if I hide the radiance
and don’t want to be captured
it will wash away to the past
and I won’t be able to see tomorrow
Will this scenery ever
Turn into amber?
Riding on the certain memories
That will never fade
Because if I assemble these emotions
And lock them up in amber
I will be able to walk to tomorrow
With a transparent heart
Changing both intensity and warmth
into the shape of amber
Stop everything from that day
shining but silently
Because if I hide the radiance
and don’t want to be captured
it will wash away to the past
and I won’t be able to see tomorrow
