Lyrics: Oda Kaori

1. true colors
As if straining my fingertips
I try to touch the uncertain feelings
I want to obtain the heart that I don’t know yet
with these hands for a bit
Beyond the scenery that’s changing color
is the trembling heart that I should have verified
In the rain that’s not stopping
my unstopping pulse is getting noisy
Every time I go against my brain which
keeps on spinning only excuses, I keep getting lost
I long for it while I keep it in place
In these fleeting feelings that seem about to break
I harbor a ray of hope
Faith in my true colors
What kind of wind is the color you wish for
painting in this world?
You make me true colors
Even if painted in monochrome
It goes toward the sky which leads to hope
The sky I looked up at, the clear track
was painted by the sleepless night
beyond the never-ending dream
the distance that seems reachable, but not reachable
even though it’s this close
I’m starting to lose sight of it, losing my way
In the warped city noise
I was invited by and wandered from that weakness
Searching for the exit that I can’t find
I’m being captured and swept away
Even so, people still pray
I will cast a wish on tomorrow’s sky
Bearing a single line of light
Faith in my true colors
Because the world I should have wished for
is still closed
You make me true colors
Even if it’s painted in black and white
The light won’t fade away
In the warmth that was held out to me
My heart came undone by the touching fingertips
The fleeting feelings that seem about to collapse
start overflowing, turning a light color
“Please give me strength to fight”
Even so, people keep praying
Turning on the light for their increasing feelings
Faith in my true colors
Because I will keep painting the world
in the colors that you wish for
You make me true colors
The scenery painted in black and white and
swirling around in a spiral
The world I am working on with you
Towards the sky that guides the light
