(“When I first heard the demo of this one song, my heart was stolen. Because the image widens from an irregular melody to a dark fantasy, the lyrics have an awareness of the world, actually like a ‘scary Grimm Fairy Tale’. Wandering through a storm, you arrive at an old Western mansion. It’s a story about what happens inside there… like that, please taste the atmosphere of chills down your spine. It’s the first time there’s French in the lyrics. But ‘Antique’ is English and ‘Nachtmusik’ is German, haha.” – Mizuki Nana, Seiyuu Animedia May 2014)

5. Antique Nachtmusik

My fatale red lips are calling you
without realizing that time has stopped

Moonlight, moonlight
At the blooming lake, we watched the moon
Swaying, swaying
My heart is beating fast

Un-deux-trois, un-deux-trois,
No one’s there
Larme, je t’aime, larme, je t’aime
An orgel going around in the middle of the night

Oh, prima donna of forgotten love
continue dancing with fading phantoms
An ephemeral singing voice that sounds like the wind’s is now
searching for you, it’s a sad nachtmusik melody

If I could become a rose, giving off a scent,
I want to make you look back one more time

Sunlight, sunlight
The piece of summer where you were
Sparkling, sparkling
Is dazzling in my memory

Oh, prima donna who believed in fairy tales
continue dancing without being able to stop
I loved for the first time and was loved for the first time,
He was just my fated person
The nachtmusik of thoughts that won’t stop

Un-deux-trois, un-deux-trois,
No one’s there
Larme, je t’aime, larme, je t’aime
Someone please stop
the orgel going around eternally

Oh, prima donna of forgotten love
continue dancing with fading phantoms
forever waiting for the promises that can’t be fulfilled
I’m searching for you,
it’s a sad nachtmusik melody
